AB’s – Absolute Barbecues at Gachibowli
I have been to Absolute Barbecues, Gachibowli, as well as Absolute Barbecues Jubilee hills many times and I, ‘ve had a great time always. You might know that Absolute Barbecues is not an ordinary restaurant, rather it has been rated as the best BBQ restaurant in Hyderabad and they truly justify this title. Absolute Barbecues is the perfect mixture of good ambiance, good food, and good service and must say they have redefined the dine out experience
Presence
Absolute Barbecues have three outlets in Hyderabad. The outlets are in Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, and Banjara hills. Furthermore, it’s not limited to Hyderabad. They have a presence in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Gurugram as well. In this blog post, I will be talking about my experience at the Absolute Barbecues, Gachibowli
Ambiance
Firstly, the restaurant is high in demand and it is difficult to get a table. Hence, I would suggest doing a table booking in advance. The ambiance of the restaurant is good. The lighting is not too bright and not too dull. It is just perfect to enjoy the food. The seats are comfortable, but the leg space under the table is less, obviously because of barbeque. Good songs playing along with awesome hospitality provide a good overall experience
Food
I almost got full with starters themselves. However, I always keep some space for the main course. Most of the people in my group were full of starters themselves. The main course has some regular curries like paneer masala, dal makhani, sambar, and a variety of options in salads. They also had saag on the menu, but it was not well cooked. Paneer was good, but not extraordinary. In bread, they have different options available, we ordered garlic butter naan, which was well cooked.
Desserts
After having a heavy meal, It was time for some desserts. They have several items in desserts. They have yummy ras-Gulla, gajar ka halwa, ice-creams, puddings, Phirni, pastries, ras malai, and fruits. However, one particular item that I like most is paan ice cream.
The Vedict
I feel the prices are high. but, the experience they provide at this price is really great and the price is justified. As they say in Hindi “paisa vasool“, the restaurant is worth paying a visit. great experience
Cheers
